    Yes, they are but we do recommend you do a patch test.

    Yes, they help keep the skin hydrated which helps with the irritation.
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    No, we do not test on animals.
  • How soon will I see results in my skin?
    Beauty takes time, with consistent use two to three weeks is the general time frame.

IN THE USA


Standard Shipping is offered via USPS and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix. Costs will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. Currently orders over $50 has free shipping.

Expedited shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Expedited shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.


A Note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

No international shipping is available via beyoutifulmelanin.com at this time.



Lost or Stolen Packages

Beyoutiful Melanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Beyoutiful Melanin will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please submit a ticket with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.



RETURNS

Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 15 days. Returned items can be refunded for the original purchase price minus shipping charges if applicable. Items must be in unused condition, and customer is responsible for paying return shipping. If you want to return a product please contact us at: beyoutifulmelanin@gmail.com and include your order number.



Exchanges

If your item has been found to be damaged, you may return it for an exchange, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Due to our products being of hygienic nature, we know you'll understand that we can't accept back items once the products have been opened or tampered with.
